FPC is simplified for Flexible Printed Circuit，also named copper flex. It has
high conductivity and flexibility with base material of Mylar or polyimide; main
features are tight spacing, light weight and thin etc…
PCB is simplified for Printed circuit board. According to scheduled design, with
base material, we make it to be printed wiring, printed component or printed
circuit which combines circuit and components. And for the conductive graphics
which connects various components, we call it printed circuit. Hence the finished
product for printed wiring or printed circuit is named printed wiring board,
printed circuit board or printed board.
Silicone rubber keypad: The base material is methyl vinyl silicone rubber,
composited with various filler, such as reinforcing agent, heat resistance agent
, modifier and so on, proceeded with techniques of mixing, filtration, suppurate,
stamp, extrusion, splice etc. Main features are: 1) temperature stabilized, 2)
isolation of electric; 3) weather fastness, ozone resistance, UV resistance ;
4) Stable appearance by high temperature compression;5) easy to manufacture .
Epoxy Plate, is a twin-pack configuration epoxy resin. Main features are low
adhesion, high clearance, resistance to yellowing, resistance of the dental
and so on. It has following types: (1) Soft epoxy plate; (2) solid epoxy plate;
(3) cambered epoxy plate; (4) abrading epoxy plate; (5) PU epoxy plate etc…
